Welcome to Black Sheep Vets in Louth!
We are a modern small animal orientated veterinary practice on
the Fairfield Estate at Louth, Lincolnshire. Owned and run by veterinary surgeon Richard Carter, and assisted by Karla,
Ruth and Becky we can offer a personal professional service for you and your pet.
Spring is on its way and after the warm winter, we are expecting a heavy flea season so start treating against fleas
early!
A poisoned cat was recently brought in by a member
of the public. We would like to thank the Louth Leader for re-uniting him with his owner after successful treatment.

At our practice, we pride ourselves on our client and patient service. We use safe and proven procedures such as propofol
and isoflorane anaesthesia. Black Sheep Vets has a well equipped surgery offering xray, endoscope, ultrasound and in-house
laboratory facilities for prompt investigations and treatment.
We can do house calls but we often
find we provide the best treatment if we see the patient at the practice. House calls will usually be from 2pm to 4 pm
or after surgery. If there is an emergency and you cannot get to the surgery we would recommend R & S Pet Taxi (Richard)
